We would gladly refund or exchange the product subject to below terms and conditions:
1. Products for exchange / return must be having its original packing and in good condition without being used, and with original catalogues or any other accessories along with the product.
2. You will need to provide the original invoice / purchase document to ensure a exchange / refund in the same method of purchase.
3. Appliances and other consumer products must be unopened and in their original package.
There will be no Refund / Exchange for below products
1. Consumable / Loosely Sold Items (example: custom mixed color Paints, products sold per meter, timber cut in meters).
2. Damaged products, which are either used and not in sellable condition.
3. Shipping / Delivery charges, if the product was shipped to you.
Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase. You can contact our customer service team or visit our showrooms between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Saturday to Friday (Also excluding public holidays).
Documents needed for returns or refund
You should produce the original receipt (bill or invoice).

Return to the showroom:
1. You can take the products to “FGT” store either in Dubai or Fujairah along with your proof of purchase
2. A repacking fee*, based on the condition of the product and purchase value, if applicable, may be charged
Collection of your Products : To arrange a collection, contact our customer service team on between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., available from Saturday to Thursday (and excluding public holidays).
1. On your delivery note received with your order, please fill the returns quantity against each product and select from one of the return reasons and include this slip along with the returned products
2. Collection Charges, if applicable, will be charged
3. The refund will be made in the same method as the original payment method. purchase paid by cash, will be refunded to you via bank transfer and you will be need to provide us with your bank account details
*Repacking fee: If the product is either in slightly worn out packing or some minor damage are there, FGTE reserve the right to refuse a refund or retain an amount based on the condition of the product and packing presented at the time of return
Defective or Damaged product on Delivery
Kindly check the product when it is delivered to you and if at all there is any defect / damage in the product, you have to refuse the delivery and email or call our Customer Service Centre on +97154 9945376 between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., available from Saturday to Thursday (and excluding public holidays). If you prefer for us to collect the product, please call us on +97154 9945376.
The manufacturer warranty is at minimum one year from date of purchase, if applicable.
1. You have to produce the proof of purchase and warranty card for any claims.
2. The Responsibility for warranty services is with the principal supplier or manufacturer.
3. Consumables and batteries are not covered under warranty and warranty is covered only in UAE
4. The warranty would be void if the product has been serviced / tampered by unauthorized personnel.
